Ryan Millard did a wonderful job selling my father in laws house. We started the process but he passed before we could close the deal. We then had to go thru probate which delayed the sale and made for a lot more work. Ryan was very patient and helped us in any way he could. We had several offers right away. It took six months for probate to finalize but Ryan stuck with us the whole time.

You can hire any agent that will list your home and let some other agent come along and sell it. But, if you hire Ryan Millard he will not only list your home, he will do everything he can to find the agents that have buyers to buy your home. He called agents from all over the area and we had several showings within a few hours of listing our home!!! He will answer all of your calls and his response time is almost immediate if he can't answer right then. Look no further if you want an agent that cares about all of your needs.
